This was the first time I have ever redocorated so this was all very new to me. Prior to Renomasters, I had approached a few other companies for quotes.
What I found with Renomasters was that no question was a stupid question. Vitek and Kristopher answered all the questions and concerns that I had about making changes to the kitchen. They took the time to understand the work that would need to be done before giving me a detailed quote of what was included in the price. I would absolutely recommend Renomasters to anyone in need of work done in their property. We wanted a company that could complete a number of different jobs in our flat including water damage repair, central heating installation and renovation and renewing of our bathroom. Kris and his team were always punctual, polite, professional and above all, delivered on what they promised to do. Nothing was ever any fuss and they were patient with all of my questions. I have been using RenoMasters for nearly two years now on a varied level of projects from general maintenance to complete refurbishments. The disciplines that they don’t offer there is a subcontractor pull that they manage very well within the project. There are times that there is an emergency and their response times are impressive. The first part of their model is very refreshing and obvious that is when they arrange a time they are always there on time and prepared to give a fair assessment of the work required. I have also found their quotes and times for completion of work undertaken pretty close to the mark and for me this is extremely important as a landlord the longer the property is empty the greater the financial consequence and they understand this. The projects undertaken are managed well and a very high standard of finish is delivered and always left clean and tidy.

Kris & Witek have just finished renovating one of our bathrooms. They were really helpful at the initial appointment to provide an estimate – with clear guidance and helpful ideas. When here they worked really hard, and completed the job to the highest standard within the timescale they estimated. Vitek and Kris were very attentive to the requirements we had for our bathroom. We supplied the tiles, bathroom cabinet, taps, sink and the radiator, while they supplied the toilet, bath and shower, as well as sourcing an electrician to rewire and install a new electric shower. At each stage they asked us where we wanted things and how we wanted it to look, according to our wishes. We were extremely delighted with the final, finished bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble and both Vitek and Kris went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy with the final product. We would definitely use them again.

I write this letter in recommendation of RenoMasters as a general contractor. RenoMasters have completed a number of works for me at my home and my let properties. They are a pleasure to deal with. They have always been accurate in their initial assessment of the scale and cost of projects. They are absolutely clear in their record keeping. They chose and managed the sub contractors well. Whilst RenoMasters have completed a number of works, the most recent was my garage conversion. The conversion was completed with care and precision. They are gifted constructors, completing the joinery, roofing, plastering, tiling and painting aspects of the job to a very high standard. The sub contractors were handpicked and completed the plumbing and electric works to a standard commensurate with the works done by RenoMasters. I will use RenoMasters in the future for other renovation and maintenance works and would highly recommend them to anyone how is interested to get quality work completed at competitive rates in a timely manner.

These guys are good! They have done several jobs for me, some small and some bigger including completely refurbishing one house, new kitchen, 2 bathrooms, tiling, lighting, floors, repaint.
